Swim School Guidelines for Private Lessons

• Private lessons must be purchased in sets of four. While refunds will not be given for private lessons, credit will be awarded.
• Private lessons are given in 20-minute time segments from 11:00 until 12:00 on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays throughout the summer. In the winter, private lessons are given starting at 11:00 on Saturdays.
• If the student fails to show for a lesson without sufficient notice given to the teacher, the lesson will be counted towards the total number of lessons completed. Exceptions to this are cases of emergency as determined by the teacher.
• Those interested in lessons must submit a Private Lessons Request Form. The swim school manager will then either email or call with four (or however many requested) available dates and times.
• Private lessons are given on a first-come, first-serve basis. The number available is limited, as are dates. Teachers reserve the right to cancel, reschedule, or refuse any applicant.
