SANDSHARK T-SHIRT ORDER FORM
Shirts are for all swimmers and family members. The t-shirt will have our shark logo centered on the back with the year 2010 under it. The SSS logo will be printed on the left chest area with the year 1982, the year we were established. The ink will be navy blue.
T-Shirts are white and are available in long sleeve or short sleeve 100% cotton.
Cost: Long sleeve $15 Short sleeve $12
Orders are due to Beth Field by 12 noon Wednesday, January 13. Orders may be dropped off at the pool, given to Beth, or e-mailed to Funny62@aol.com. Please submit cash, check (made payable to SSS), or you can charge it to your account.
